The Garden

Outside there is a large garden with old olive trees, gazebos, children’s playground (slide, swings and spring toys), ping pong and table football.

It is possible to fish in the agritourism lake. There is a big parking where you can leave your car safely.

The Pool

The pool (14 x 6 meters) is equipped with hydro massage and neck jet.

It is covered and heated (from march to november) at a constant temperature of 28-30° C. There are also sun loungers and umbrellas for our guests as well as dressing room and shower.

Excursion

There are free mountain bikes for excursions, a multipurpose room with sofas where you can spend your spare time and relax yourself, TV, pool table and board games. We have also an inside laundry room for your bedding and bath set that we provide to our guests. It is possible to use a service laundrette with ironing on request.

There is an air-conditioned minibus for transport from and to the airport, the railway stations as well as for excursions in the neighbouring countries. We organise event with folkloristic music and dances. We plan excursions to Ascoli Piceno (km 40), the Grotte of Frassassi (km 130), the Monti Sibillini (km 20).

We also organize visit to outlets and manufacturers of shoes (km 20) like Prada, Cesare Paciotti, Tod’s, Black garden or to the handcrafted ceramic in Montottone (Km 4) and the horse riding school in Montelparo (km 7). If you want we show you our farm where you can see different animal species.
