Seit Generationen werden hier unter anderem ausgewählte Früchte und Trauben angebaut, die zu Konfitüren und Olivenöl verarbeitet werden. Die hauseigenen Oliven werden noch von Hand geerntet und mit einem Steinrad zermalmt.
Das fertige Produkt kann dann bei Tisch mit den typischen lokalen Speisen verkostet und natürlich auch gekauft werden, um den reinen und unverfälschten Geschmack auch zu Hause genießen zu können.
